SPA POLICY

We recommend that you take a shower before starting a body treatment, as this will prepare the skin to better absorb our beautiful product ingredients and make the treatments more effective.We provide robes, towels, disposable underwear and slippers for your use during your spa treatment. Underwear mustbe worn at all times to ensure your complete privacy and comfort We respectfully ask that you leave mobile trued off so that the tranquility of Spa experience at Cloud Eleven may be preserved. All valuables should be left at home as Cloud Eleven cannot be held responsible for any loss or damaged to personal article of personal items. 

RETAIL

To continue your experience at home, Elemis products used in the treatments are available for sells exclusively at Cloud Eleven. 

RESEVATION

To make your booking at Cloud Eleven, please call 01 423722 . When making a reservation, please advise us if you have any condition that we should take into consideration. Making us aware of any condition will allow us to recommend relevant treatments at the time of booking and avoid any disappointment. 

PRE-ARRIVAL

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to appointment in order to fill in our health questionnaire to enable us to give you the most professional attention prior to your treatment. Appointment begins promptly at the time scheduled. In the event that you are running late we recommend that you call and inform the spa and we will make every effort to provide you with your full treatment time depending on availability.

CANCELLATION

Please be aware that the spa has an active 6 hours cancellation policy. For cancellation within the 6 hours, a  charge of 50% will apply. Without any notification, you will be fully charged.
